Alright, this will be an oxymoron post.
I told my New Years resolution I made in the middle of March. And he very innocently asked me, "so you go to swap to take these clothes you are getting rid of, then you bring some other clothes, is it getting rid of anything?"
To it, I ruefully answered yes, because it's my house, my rules. But actually no, I know what he is saying... And I do my best not to bring stuff home, because it gets difficult to part. Such a sweet sorrow and all.
I typically try one in, one out.
Today, I saw something I couldn't resist... And I bought it, to give to my partner's mother who lives alone. I was just looking for a candle for Easter (I am not Christian, she is, I respect that) basket to send all the way across the country, from Portland, Oregon, to Maine.
Look how cute this is!!
They have other candles, all beautifully crafted. Interested? Try www.vancefamilysoycandles.com
So it happens, bath and body works Easter candle would be too big and too sweet with marshmallow scent. This one is locally sourced, no GMO soy candle, with beautiful hazelnut and fir. I walked away, but I believe in supporting local handmade artisans and beautiful works... Plus this will be with me only for a short time. It will be shipped out to a lovely lady soon!

Two Estée Lauder brushes. Nothing long with them, I just like softer brushes better.
Happy spring everyone!
