I don't like it.
It's repetitive, hard, time-consuming, and super boring.
I don't like it, I don't like it, I don't like it.
Especially on Monday.
Before going to work.
It will help me recover, and do the things I used to enjoy... eventually.
I want to be positive all the time, and love everything I do - but sometimes I do things I hate to do, and try not to think about how much I hate doing it but about how better I would feel afterwards. Like cleaning my window. In this case, the "afterwards" is so far away from me.. and it's hard to imagine that I would ever feel better and run without pain again. BUT. I am doing it. Because I am an adult, and have to be responsible for myself... my body.
Sometimes you do things you don't enjoy, to change your life. Have a good one everyone.
