It has been two weeks since this adventure had started, and I still haven't received more than half of the boxes. This is due to timing issue and I don't take it against the companies - however, extra points given to the companies that gave it a quick attention.
Many subscription has already been cancelled - issue is mainly that their product focus is different from mine, which is fine, I think we go different ways. More troublesome is when I felt as though I received a "re-gift" items - ultimately something merchants didn't want any more, which can be very reason why they have subscription boxes, but when it is so obvious to me it lights an anger inside of me. Ultimately, if a merchant can't care about their product, or their customer, and focus to recuperate their original investments, often times it's transparent to us consumers. If you don't care, we don't care either and it's obvious. This is not a good culture. So if you are in a position to curate a box, think before you create - would you rather be my favorite aunt, or re-gifter?
