The box was ordered on 9/24, and received on 10/8. The box is regular cardboard and was beaten up by the time it reached the west coast.
When I opened it, the first thing I noticed was very strong scent, likely from hibiscus tea included. coffee scrub also had something to do it too. Once it was opened, the smell wasn't all that strong.
After ordering 21 subscription boxes in a little over 2 weeks, I thought most would come with a card with product description. In Bare Box's case, it came in 8 x 11 copy paper with instruction as to how to use them.

I was looking forward to this box as I use as much organic and natural products as I can, and I am typically health conscious. I went to their website and liked reviews listed. On the day I received the package, I used the face cleanser and followed information on the sheet. I was surprised how greasy it was, and no amount of rinsing would take the grease off my face. And despite all the uncomfortable greasiness, it didn't take off my makeup (I don't wear much make up anyway, so just BB cream and mascara, which I typically wash off with mild soap). I had to wash my face again to take it off! On the information sheet mentions that "You may feel excess oil from the facial cleanser, but don't worry! Your skin will absorb it!" ... maybe if you have a very dry 70 year old skin, this might be true, but this didn't hold true to me.
Toner I used afterwards was normal toner... It's fine.
This toner was a regular mild toner, not too much of smell or harshness. I liked the toner!
This is the infamous cleanser. Too bad, it smelled really good- sweet but not overly so.
Inside of this sachet, there are several tea bags. I haven't tasted them, but I bet it tastes very good! I like the tea.
Good: Organic. Natural. Sent exactly what was listed. Good response time when communicated.
Bad: No surprise factor. Came in a beaten up box, poor presentation. (I would love to see this company come up with bigger product line!)
