Hello from rainy but beautiful Portland!
I know christmas cards became a thing of a past, but if you are sending one, please remember that one card may be the only card he/she might be receiving this year. Many of us feel alone in this world, even being surrounded by a lot of people. Make sure your friends and family know you care.... And put some warmth into any interaction with others today. Start small, take care of your loved ones before saving the world.
Just a quick review about a Portland show. I am very happy to report Portland Center Stage's Teist Your Dickens has improved! It was not so good last year, so I had little hope... Fortunately they edited the play to a shorter piece (still two hour show), it's much funnier this year... Enough for me to recommend!
Of course downstairs they have Santaland Diaries, which I think is very funny especially if you are a David Sedaris fan. I Also loved the mystery of Irma Vep by Third Rail this year, and there is always a Nutcracker by Oegon Ballet Theater. So get out there and enjoy!!
