Alright, it's not quite the end of the month, but it's a weekend and I am ready!
I feel I didn't use as much as yesterday- indeed, 25 items rather than 30 last month. Does that mean more coming next month? Will see....
Green powder is what I take instead of multi vitamins. This is from Puritan's Pride, and it's bit sweet. I think I have a couple more left, and might look for another brand after I am done with what I have. This huge tub is about 30 days worth.
Omega-3... I think this helped me lower cholesterol, so will keep on taking.
Pro- dental has probiotics, also works for better oral health. I didn't notice any changes myself unfortunately.
Two eye products. I really liked both of them. Top one is a very soothing gel eye mask, gentle on eyes and comforting. GlamGlow Brightmud Eye Treatment, on the other hand, has a baby food consistency, and you are to have this chunky gel-like product on your eyes for 3 minutes. Your skin does look good afterwards.
Minu Italian shampoo and hair serum. I really liked shampoo container! It is soft (easy to squeeze) and 75ml which holds a lot of products. I will definitely wash this and reuse it. I got these from Birchbox, and while the shampoo container I really liked, quality of the contents were just Okay. Won't buy full size.
That's it folks, wishing you a great spring!
Happy Sunday- and it's a Palm Sunday I believe.
Today, I start with item #29. Party set. I can't remember when was the last time I had a party at my place. So these must have been at the back of my cupboard for quite some time. Now I am releasing them.
Item #30. Two bottles of tempera paints, brand new. Bought them at last year's Christmas sale at a local craft shop. Who was I kidding, I don't use tempera paints, especially black. Boo....
Donating these to a local art group along with brushes shown at an earlier post.
And item #31 for the end of March.... And this is an exception, because I don't want to include items that I toss and cannot be reused in this series ( that's just garbage, right?).
However. I am including this because it's a huge item for me- I am getting rid of my painting smock.
I have worn this since college, when I started to paint so many years ago. I'll of a sudden, it bothers me- how big it is, where it came from. I think it's time. Thanks for all these years. I painted a lot with you.
Item #23. Blue velour hoodie. I am attached because this one is warm... And cute.... But I don't like length of it.
Item #24. Socks. Nothing wrong with these, I just have too many.
Item #25. Shopping bag I got free at a fair. I never have these when I need them.... Plus I am a bag hag. But do I really need 10 of them at house?
Item #26 michael Harrington fan. From the first Portland Timbers (MLS) I attended, so there is that memory.
I took it to work and put it up. It was so creepy my coworkers begged me to take him down. It was so funny I had to keep it.... But today I will thank them for a lough and good time at the game, and let go.
Item #27 paint brushes. I have outgrown these, bought new ones already long time ago.
Item #28 Ellington cross body bag. I took this when I travel because it's flat and fits in my suitcase without taking much room.
Ellington is made in Portland and I bought this at their shop. I like supporting local business. In departure, I checked all the pockets to make sure it's empty.... Because once I discovered $50 cash from a bag I was getting rid of (I put cash in different pockets when I travel, must have forgotten from long time ago). Checked this bag and recovered an empty gum wrapper and a hair tie. Kind of win.
Have a great weekend everyone- and happy spring cleaning!
I am reposting this because Radha Beauty is having a sale! Use code "Rcoconut" at checkout on Amazon.com and you can get the coconut oil at $5 flat for 16 oz fractionated coconut oil. It's a great deal- and I bought one myself. If you are interested, click here.
Ah Radha, I am in love with you.....
This is one of the coolest things being a part of product review communities. I got to know some very cool small US businesses such as Radha Beauty which makes very good quality items made here in USA, not tested on animals, no harsh chemicals, and money back guaranteed if you don't like their product. How cool is this!?
I came to love a few companies especially, and one of them is Radha Beauty. If you saw my previous reviews, I like all of their products. I especially LOVE their eye gel and use it every day. (By the Way- Radha Beauty just gave me the first bottle for a review, and I am not its affiliate. I am not financially compensated for the future sales of their products, I just like their products.) It's less than $20 on sale at Amazon, and satisfaction guaranteed. What's not to love!?
Oops I digressed, That's what happens when one is in love.
I am going to have to take a photo myself to show you the size of these products. Here, I am comparing another oil I use (and like), popular Josie Maran oil.
From left, Radha coconut oil, Radha 100% organic argan oil, Josie Maran 100% argan oil.
Here are side by side comparison of argan oils. Radha Beauty's argan oil is 100% organic. Radha is $16 on sale at Amazon ($50 regular price) for 4 oz, that's 120 ml! Josie Maran, on the other hand, is $48 at sephora, for 5 ml. Seriously!? I have loved my Josie Maran, but now I met Radha Argan Oil... and can't go back again.
And as to coconut oil, so much is written about this as well. I LOVE the fact that this is fractionated. Regular coconut oil come in solid form, and especially in the winter it's a pain to dig it out. This one is sooo easy to use. as it says, oderless and colorless. I won't say "non-greasy" because it's oil.. of course it's greasy. I say non-sticky though, and works well to clean your skin and hair, while putting back the moisture into your skin. My co-worker loves this stuff as it keeps their hair soooo soft. I have to try it on my hair sometime. I am using it to remove my makeup.
Interested in trying? Click here.
And did I mention the size?? It's 16 oz, 4 times rather than Argan Oil.
If you have been curious about trying oil into your routine, here is the chance.
Here is a link to Radha Beauty. They have other items as well.
And here is what I made with Radha oils- I made a gift to my friend J! A refreshing massage oil ;-)
1 part peppermint essential oil
1part lemon essential oil
2 part argan oil
4 part coconut oil
Super easy and fun gift!!
*Sponsored post: The items sent to me free of charge in exchange with honest reviews. My opinion is my own.*
I am having fun with oils now...yay!
Oh, I love me eye gels!
It's my lucky day when I receive an item to be reviewed and I really like the product! My first item I have received for reviewing purposes was Radha Beauty Eye Gel which I now use every day. This product is also an eye gel from a different brand.
Let's see how this one works out! It came in a pretty light blue box, and inside it's white and light blue - I really like the packaging.
After I opened the product, I couldn't but notice the similarity with my favorite eye gel. Here, I would like to show how similar this is to Radha Beauty eye gel. It comes in the same size, pretty much the same container.
Ingredients are almost identical as well- From the top of the list, both has organic herbal infusion, organic aloe barbadensis leaf (aloe), Matrixyl 3000, palmitoyl triepeptide-3, kosher vegetable glycerin, globularia cordifolia callus culture extract (plant stem cells) and so on.
Gopure is 100% natural and parabe free. It's also a couple of dollars less expensive on Amazon- if that makes difference in purchase. To me, a couple of dollars difference is negligible.
It looks a little different in appearance- GoPure is more transparent and has tiny bubble (I am not a fan of these bubble, and I am not sure if these are intentional or not).
Scent - very similar, slight green aloe scent. I love it.
Texture- it absorbs into skin quickly. Initially a little sticky, but it will go away after a few minutes. It is softening and moisturing.
Just like the other eye gel I had, I really like this eye gel as well! I like the smaller size for traveling, and packaging in light blue is cute. If you are interested, it's available at Amazon. com. click here for company website. Click here for Amazon link.
I looked at the rest of the product line up and it is very very similar to Radha Beauty.... Curious.
In any event, this is an excellent product, I would go try it if it was me. Hope you enjoy it too!

There are a lot of argan oil products on market nowadays. I first heard of argan oils when I visited Morocco some time ago. It's some sort of a miracle oil that does amazing things to hair and skin. I am not the biggest oil fan, and do not apply oil to my hair.... so let's see if I like these products.
Pure d'Or kindly sent these products for review purposes.
Of the items they had available to test, I picked premium organic conditioner and organic 100% argan oil.
Pura d'Or argan oil premium organic conditioner lavender vanilla- I so wanted to love this. I have long hair and typically use twice or three times as much conditioner than shampoo. I picked a conditioner because of that, plus lavender vanilla scent sounded really good! I must add, I love the packaging of blue container with a pump... I am such a container freak!
However.. My container pump didn't work unfortunately. I have been using it by screwing the top off, which is not how it was meant to be used, but does the work. I eventually fixed the pump and now it's more convenient to use. I love me good containers!!
Scent: powdery, perfume-y scent despite all organic and all. I didn't like it.
Texture: thickness and texture is similar to regular conditioner. I slather this on my head. Wait a few minutes.
Result: I am afraid my first use, more hair fell out than others I tried. I like conditioners that makes my hair feel very smooth and coated- not so much coated feeling with this one unfortunately.
On a high note, It's organic and made from 99% natural ingredients. It's hard to find what I look for in this environment. I guess I must pick between healthy and good for earth, or deal with chemicals. Life is hard.
Update: March 31. I now have used the conditioner for a week, and am stopping to use this conditioner as my hair loss is excessive. I didn't get used to the smell either. I wanted to see an improvement, but it didn't happen, and my hair takes too long to grow... I have other conditioners that I really like, so I am changing back to that. Sorry this product didn't work out for me.
Next up: 100% organic argan oil. aaaaahhh yes!!
I love me organic items that does hundreds of things. I am not a big fan of oil in my hair, previously tried different oils and didn't like how it made my hair feel dirty.
It came with a bag! If you read my blogs, you know me to be a container freak, and this bag touches my heart. Yay!
As to the product itself, it comes in a convenient pump, in a very large 4 fl oz bottle. The item is currently on sale on their website for $25. If you consider popular Josie Maran 100% pure argan oil sells for $48 for 1 oz bottle, you can realize this is a great buy.
Scent: almost none, very slightly nutty
Texture: thin oil
Usage: There is a lot of ways to use oil for beauty routine. Here are a few ideas:
I think key to using oil is "just a few drops"- as they are rich, you don't need a lot. Give this product a try!

Sunday morning- before I start to write a review, if you are a young person who is looking into starting something you wanted to do for a long time but not sure if it fits you or not, just try it out. And if you are old, do the same. Don't be afraid of trying, and don't be discouraged with setbacks. You know you got this. Don't let anyone tell you what you can or cannot do. It comes from yourself.
Now back to the regular programming... or at least to what the title says.
I find supplements review to be harder than others, as it takes long time for effects and results are often subtle. Sometimes it takes more than one bottle, sometimes you can't tell the results at all. For example, I take fish oil, calcium, vitamin C and D supplements regularly. Do they do anything?? I have no idea!! But they are supposed to be good for you, and I admittedly keep irregular hours, sleep little and stress out all the time. My diet can use improvement and I can use all the help I can get. Hell, I would take snake oil at this point.
I believe supplements can affect ones health greatly in a long run. So when I was asked to review three bottles by Zenwise Labs, I signed up for it.
Hair Growth: per Amazon, here is what it says:
I have been taking this for about two weeks, two capsules a day. I am sad to say there has been no changes to my hair. However, I like that this product has additional vitamins in addition to regular biotin 5000 mg which is common for hair growth supplement.
If you would like to try this, the link is here.
I am big on probiotics so I was excited to try this! Again, no changes to my health condition after taking this for two weeks. I have been taking one a day, and I may increase the dosage to 3 a day "intense repair" and see what happens.
Here is the information from Zenwise as to what this product is about:
Curious about this? Clickhere.
This one I am just starting because I wanted to see how the other probiotics worked. I am excited if this would improve digestive tracts!

If there is any changes to my health, I will update this post.
Thank you for offering these products!

NW Dance Project consistently give wonderful performance, and this one is no exception. All three pieces are good. If your bracket is already broken and you want to see a show tonight, this one would be the one I would highly recommend. See amazing dancers!!
As to what I am letting go today...
#21,Jcrew black cardigan.
It's thin and versatile, I wore this a lot... But I never liked it's texture actually. So I am letting this one go.
And one note about "holy grail " cosmetics- people ask about my holy grail items and I have never disclosed it. That's because I don't think cosmetics are holy. Really, none of them. I am not a religious person at all, but I take my words seriously... To me, what's holy is art, kindnesses, good intentions. I love cosmetics, but I don't feel the same passion as art or dance or music or traveling and discovering new place and people. That's all.
Happy spring everyone!!
